Since Glencullen Allotments came under new management in 2017, we’ve ploughed all of the plot licence fees back in to the land with upgraded facilities and many added benefits for our growing GIY community in South County Dublin. 2019 brings the arrival of more grow-your-own perks; a brand new 36sq/m potting polytunnel and a fresh delivery of tons of locally-sourced, mature manure from Killegar Stables. Rather than introduce a fixed levy on annual renewals, “pay what you want” for the privilege of digging in to the manure heap and using the polytunnel to germinate your seeds, bring on your seedlings and transplant your plants out to your private allotment.
